Psychic Card Readings, Mediumship Readings, and Reiki Energy Healing Sessions:

• Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

• Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to attend without notice, a fee of $75 will be charged.

• Late Arrivals: Arriving late for your session will result in a loss of time, and the session will conclude at the originally scheduled time unless An Angels Window consents to an extension. This policy helps us maintain our schedule and accommodate other clients effectively.

• Emergency Cancellations: In the event of an emergency or severe weather conditions leading to the cancellation of a session by An Angels Window, no fees will be charged, and we will work with you to reschedule at your earliest convenience.

Classes, Workshops, or Special Events:

• All Sales Final: Once services are booked for classes, workshops, or special events, refunds will not be provided. Please ensure your availability prior to booking.

Private Parties:

• Deposit Requirement: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event.

• Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable if the service is cancelled. This policy ensures that we can cover the costs associated with preparing for your event.

• Emergency Cancellations: If An Angels Window cancels the event due to an emergency or severe weather conditions, no fees will be charged, and the deposit will be refunded in full.

General Conditions:

• We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to our clients in a timely manner.

• By booking a service with An Angels Window, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
