Cancellation/Refund Policy for An Angels Window At An Angels Window Psychic, we are committed to providing exceptional services to all our clients. We understand that situations may arise that require changes to your scheduled appointments. Please find our refund and cancellation policy below, designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved. 1. Psychic Card Readings, Mediumship Readings, and Reiki Energy Healing Sessions: • Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to attend without notice, a fee of $75 will be charged. • Late Arrivals: Arriving late for your session will result in a loss of time, and the session will conclude at the originally scheduled time unless An Angels Window consents to an extension. This policy helps us maintain our schedule and accommodate other clients effectively. • Emergency Cancellations: In the event of an emergency or severe weather conditions leading to the cancellation of a session by An Angels Window, no fees will be charged, and we will work with you to reschedule at your earliest convenience.
